Bobby and his team came out to re-surface my pool and replace the heater. He also fixed the pool light and replaced worn fixtures. I called mid afternoon and he came out promptly the very next day to give an estimate, and the team began work the following day. They arrived when they said they would, completed on time, kept in constant contact including photo’s as work progressed (I was out of state when the work needed to be done) and did exceptional work. My son was there at the time, and said the entire crew was fast, professional, and courteous.

Bobby took the time to evaluate the problem, explain options for the solution, and offer his recommendations without pushing any product. There was no up-sale, and his prices were extremely reasonable. If I ever need more work done, it will be done by Bobby and his crew at The Pool Repair Guy. I am a Board member of our Condo Association, and we chose the Pool Repair Guy to resurface our Club House spa because they stepped up and offered us a longer warranty on their work than any of the other contractors that bid on the job. They came on a Thursday and finished the job ahead of time and before the weekend. Their attention to details shows in the workmanship and Bobby is great to deal with. Great Customer Service! The wiring for the pool and spa in my vacation home in Indian Creek was incorrectly done when I had my pool heater replaced last year and I was not getting spa heat. My previous installer would not return my calls as it must not be worth his while. Enter the Pool Repair Guy and Bobby Cant, not only did he show up on time, but he was very patient in showing me how the everything should work. It took a while for him to get everything resolved, but all he charged me for was the initial service call. Bobby was also able to replace a malfunctioning actuator for me on the spot. I can’t say enough about the way he runs his business. He is definitely the first one I will call if I have any pool related issues in the future.

A great guy to work with. I am the President of our Homeowners Association. We contracted with Bobby to re-surface and re-tile our 39,000 gallon association community pool., a $ 19,000 job. All went well. Bobby was recommended to us by a pool service company. He took the time to educate us on what was needed to be done, why , and what our choices were. He was completed within the time frame he expected. Bobby is detail focused and keeps involved throughout the process. As a bonus he tossed in a new rope and floats for us, nice touch. Bobby has also replaced a bad motor for us and tile replacement on another property. Good service and workmanship every time !
